There are a number of ways to lose weight. I’ve tried a number of them in the past, but not all of them worked reliably or could be maintained long-term. However, several years ago I learned to drink a glass of water in the morning. First on its own, then I drank it with lemon for a while. And more recently I learned to add flaxseed and oatmeal to my morning water.

“We usually wake up slightly dehydrated due to night breathing, sweating and urine production. Drinking water shortly after waking helps replenish these losses and potentially prevent symptoms of fatigue and malaise,” the experts explain to EatingWell. The truth is that in addition to the fact that I started to feel these changes when I drank water in the morning, it also helped with my weight loss because I always felt more full and didn’t tend to eat as much.

Oatmeal and flaxseed

Many people drink water in the morning. And some people add lemon to it. But not too many people have heard of flaxseed oatmeal water. I have only recently discovered its effects. Both flaxseed and oatmeal contain vitamins C, E and B. You can find calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, copper and manganese. In addition, you will find fibre in these foods, which will fill your body and give you energy for at least the whole morning.

The combination of these foodsincreases metabolism, helps against constipation and bowel problems. In addition, regular consumption of flaxseed and oatmeal has been shown to support the cardiovascular system. Personally, as someone who has cholesterol problems, I also appreciate the fact that these ingredients lower the bad cholesterol and help raise the good cholesterol.

You can also add them to a glass of water. ━━ The combination of oatmeal and flaxseed doesn't have to be a good choice only with yogurt and fruit. You can also add them to a glass of water. Oat flax water

Oatmeal can be made with fruit for breakfast, and you can also add flaxseed. But I personally often don’t have an appetite in the morning, often I don’t even have time. Oatmeal flax water is a simple drink that will fill you up, so you don’t have to eat breakfast anymore. Since I’ve been doing this morning ritual, I have no excuse not to fill up in the morning.

Preparing oatmeal and flax water is very easy. I usually make it the night before so I just reach for the ready-made drink in the morning. You add half a cup of oatmeal and about 4 tablespoons of flaxseed to 4 cups of water. It all swells slightly overnight. Then in the morning you just warm the drink by topping it up with warm water. If, like many of my friends, you have a problem with the taste of the drink, it can be improved with a teaspoon of honey.
